Provided here is a link to the public MLS site. Please understand that this site is for the public's use and is not the MLS system that we as Realtors work from. Our "real time" site is up to the minute information and can only be accessed by licienced realtors. The public site may run up to a week behind our "real time" site. This can be frustrating for a potential buyer as quality listings often sell before making it on to the public site. My suggestion for serious buyers is to contact me and have their search criteria added into an automatic search engine which scans our "real time" MLS and automatically e-mails all new and updated listings that fall into their criteria.
